We understand when you shop online you cannot always try on sizes or see exact colors, so we provide 100% worry-free shopping by offering a free pre-paid return label to send back any items for a return or exchange. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange *Original outbound shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please email us at [email protected] with your order number to request a return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid return label along with directions to process the request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States. 

Items you cannot return or exchange include: Customized products, engraved products, mystery products, used or worn products, blemished wristband packages, clearance items and wholesale orders.
