My tracking information says it was delivered, but I never got the package. What do I do?Updated 9 months ago

1. Contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking number so they can help locate it.

2. Ask your neighbors if they received the package. 

3. Email us at [email protected] with your order number so we can open an investigation with the delivery carrier.

4. Please patiently allow 72 hours from the time the package says it was delivered for it to show up. A majority of the time the carrier just accidently placed your order in a neighbors mailbox and they will drop it off within a day or two.
