Returns & Exchanges

To ensure that you are completely satisfied with your shopping experience at Elite Athletic Gear, we are pleased to offer FREE RETURNS & EXCHANGES on domestic orders. We understand when you shop online you cannot always try on sizes or see exact colors, so we provide 100% worry-free shopping by offering a free pre-paid return label to send back any items for a return or exchange. You may exchange or return the item(s) ordered only if they are unworn and in its original packaging within 30 days of receiving your order for a refund or exchange *Original outbound shipping costs are NON-REFUNDABLE.

Please email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com with your order number to request a return or exchange and we will send you a prepaid return label along with directions to process the request.

Unfortunately, we do not offer exchanges or returns on orders shipped outside of the United States. 

Items you cannot return or exchange include: Customized products, engraved products, mystery products, used or worn products, blemished wristband packages, clearance items and wholesale orders.

If you would like to return or exchange an item, you will be happy to know that the process is quite straightforward. Here's how it works:

  1. Send an email to info@EliteAthleticGear.com with your order number requesting a return or exchange. You can also just reply to your order confirmation email.
  2. We will reply with an email that will contain a return/exchange form, a pre-paid return label, and detailed instructions on how to send the items back to us.
  3. Once you have filled out the necessary form and prepared your package, use the pre-paid return label to send your items back without any additional cost.
  4. If you do not receive the email within a specified period, please be sure to check your spam, junk, or promotional email folders.
  5. After we receive the products and process the return or exchange, we'll send you a confirmation email. If it's an exchange, you will also receive new tracking information once the replacement item has shipped.

*Returns and Exchanges are for U.S. orders only. We do not offer returns or exchanges on orders shipped outside of the U.S.

If your order was returned to the sender even though the address was correct, we ask you to confirm your address once more without any discrepancies or missing information. After confirmation, we will process a reshipment free of charge. Should the address need to be updated, please provide the new address and we will ship your order to the updated location at no additional cost.

Shipping & Delivery

We ship all orders same day or next business day. Our shipping cutoff is 11AM EST for an order to ship out same day. Transit time depends on your location and the shipping option you select which ranges from 1-7 business days for domestic orders. Business days are classified as Monday thru Friday; Excludes weekends and holidays. 

Transit time is ESTIMATED and is not guaranteed as once the package leaves our warehouse we do not have control over the shipping carrier. The day your order ships is considered a processing day and is NOT counted as a transit day.

Yes! You will receive a shipment confirmation email with tracking information as soon as your order is processed. Please allow 24-48 hours for the carrier to update the tracking information. 

We offer FREE U.S. shipping on all orders over $50! No code needed. 

Please allow 24-48 hours for the shipping carrier to update the tracking status on their website. 

1. Contact your local USPS and provide them your tracking number so they can help locate it.

2. Ask your neighbors if they received the package. 

3. Email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com with your order number so we can open an investigation with the delivery carrier.

4. Please patiently allow 72 hours from the time the package says it was delivered for it to show up. A majority of the time the carrier just accidently placed your order in a neighbors mailbox and they will drop it off within a day or two. 

We ship orders extremely quickly, so if you made an error or need to change your shipping address email or call us IMMEDIATELY. We prefer if you would just reply to your order confirmation email with the correct shipping address so we can try to update your order. 

Unfortunately, once your order has shipped we cannot make any changes to your shipping address. We are not responsible for any order that has been shipped to an incorrect addresses that was provided to us. If you order has already shipped you may be able to process a Package Intercept on the USPS website here to forward the package to a new address for a fee.

We do offer international shipping to select countries. The list of available countries is listed during checkout. If your country is not listed, please email info@eliteathleticgear.com and we will look into adding it for you.

All orders ship from from our HQ in Bradenton, FL.

Occasionally with different internet connections or devices a product can get stuck in your cart. If a product won't remove from you cart, please try clearing your cache and browser history and that should empty your cart completely and pull a fresh version of the website up. 

Shipping costs will vary depending on order weight and shipping method.

Order confirmation emails are sent immediately after you place your order. If you do not see it in your inbox, please check your spam, junk, and promotional folders as sometimes automated emails get sent to those mailboxes.

If you mis-typed your email address while checking out, please email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com with your name, order number and correct email address and we will get it updated and resent for you.

To track your order's delivery status, you can use the provided tracking link. If your package has been delayed or is marked as awaiting delivery scan for a few days, please inform us so we can open a ticket with USPS to locate and deliver your package promptly. Should you receive your package in the meantime, notify us to close the ticket with USPS.

If you receive a package where the integrity has been compromised, please check the contents to ensure nothing is missing. Even if all items are present, let us know about the package condition so we can take appropriate action. This may involve adjusting our packaging methods or contacting USPS regarding their handling procedures.

If your package is marked as delivered but you haven't received it, please confirm that your mailing address is correct and without discrepancies. Once confirmed, we will open an investigation with USPS to Geo-Track the package and send out an agent to locate it, as it may have been delivered to a neighbor's mailbox by mistake. Additionally, we recommend contacting your local post office directly, provide them with your tracking number, and inform them that you haven't received the package to help expedite the process.

Product

Yes, you can wear our stainless steel pendant necklaces in water. You can confidently shower, sweat, swim, etc. while wearing our necklaces without worrying about them rusting, tarnishing or turning color.

Warranty

Elite Athletic Gear is committed to providing the highest standard of sports gear, jewelry and accessories – which is why we offer a 1 Year Warranty on all products sold at EliteAthleticGear.com. 

The warranty covers defects of workmanship and materials, but does not cover lost or stolen products, damage caused by accident, improper care, negligence, normal wear and tear, scratches, stains, water damage, color fading, sun exposure or extensive use.

To submit a warranty claim please submit the following information via email to info@eliteathleticgear.com 

1. Order Number

2. Photo/s of the product showing the defect

3. Explanation of what happened

4. Shipping address and phone number 

Once received - we will work directly with you to either repair or replace the product. If we are replacing the product it must be replaced with the same exact product as originally ordered unless if the product is sold out or has been discontinued. If the original product in unavailable then we will offer you a replacement of the same value. 

Our warranty is valid for 1 product repair or replacement per order. Multiple claims cannot be submitted on a specific product.

Wholesale Inquiries

Yes, we do offer wholesale accounts. Please email info@eliteathleticgear.com with your name, business name and where you plan to resell our products and we can send further information including our wholesale agreement. 

Payments

If you see more than 1 transaction after placing an order it can be 1 of 2 reasons.

1 - Sales tax is ESTIMATED during checkout and then finalized post purchase depending where you live. It may adjust slightly up or down depending on your city, state and county requirements for sales tax calculations. One of the line items will automatically get removed by your bank. 

2 - Your original payment attempt was denied. If you have a failed payment attempt you will see a PENDING line item, which will automatically get removed by your bank in 3-10 business days. If you submit payment successfully after that then you will see a CONFIRMED payment line item as well.

We do not store any card info and you will never be charged twice for one order. 

Size & Fit

We sell many different types of products, but you can reference the size chart within each product page to ensure you order the size you need. If by chance you order an incorrect size, just email us at info@eliteathleticgear.com and we'd be happy to exchange it for the size you need!
